I found the location very convenient, near the arena. the staff handled luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, this helped a lot. breakfast offered many choices for both sweet and savory preferences. It worked for me.

The lift experienced a breakdown during my last night. I had to carry my luggage down the stairs on departure.

The hotel has an excellent central location. The staff was helpful (they assisted me with directions). The breakfast offered a great selection. The room was clean, which I value highly.

The shower room was small. The shower itself was tiny. Some water jets were not working, this impacted my experience.

the location offers proximity to the Arena. a short walk gets you there. i could leave my luggage both before and after my stay, this was so helpful. friendly people worked at the reception.

loud motorcycles bad drain

The location was acceptable, it was near the city center.

The room was too noisy as it overlooked a very busy road. I could hear many motorcycles. I also noticed a bad drain smell in the ensuite bathroom.
